Description
Build confidence in weaving ecological thinking through every learning area.
This course helps participants gain confidence in incorporating ecology as a unifying theme in their teaching and leadership. Together, we explore key curriculum resources, the vision of Laudato Si’: On Care for Our Common Home, and the role of ecological conversion in Catholic education. Participants will deepen their understanding of education for sustainability and learn how ecological thinking can be meaningfully integrated across all learning areas.
Throughout the course, participants engage with case studies from schools, examine examples of integrated learning, and are supported with dedicated planning time to begin developing their own unit of work.
